ABL Tube Technology — Formula Protection

The tube itself is built with ABL — Air Barrier Laminate — technology. The multi-layer EVOH structure blocks oxygen, moisture, and light, making it ideal for unstable actives like retinol, vitamin C, peptides, caffeine, and bakuchiol. The formula stays potent longer. The tube maintains its shape through repeated use, and a mono-material recyclable version is available for brands with sustainability goals.

Heart Design — Beyond the Applicator

The heart motif can be carried across multiple touchpoints. Beyond the applicator itself, you can add heart embossing or debossing on the cap top, a heart-shaped depression or raised heart logo on the tube shoulder, heart patterns or foil-stamped hearts on the tube body, and even heart cut-outs or heart foil stamping on the outer carton. This creates a cohesive love story packaging system from outer box to inner applicator.

Cap Options — PETG or PP

You have two cap choices. PETG is crystal clear and high-gloss, perfect for showcasing the heart applicator through the cap itself. PP is available in matte, glossy, or soft-touch finishes — lightweight, chemical-resistant, and cost-effective. Both caps feature precision snap-fit or screw-thread sealing with audible closure feedback, and both can be finished with heart-shaped embossing on the top.

Customization Options — Tube Body

For the tube body, you can choose ABL or recyclable mono-material PE. Printing options include up to six-color offset printing, silk screening, or hot foil stamping in gold, rose gold, or holographic. Tube finishes include glossy, matte, soft-touch, frosted, or pearlized. Any Pantone color is possible, including gradients, ombré, and dual-tone effects.

Customization Options — Heart Applicator

For the heart applicator, beyond the standard zinc alloy, aluminum or stainless steel is available upon request. Plating finishes include eight standard options plus custom plating. Surface textures can be polished smooth, brushed, sandblasted, or micro-dot patterned. Your logo can be engraved on the front or back of the heart.

Customization Options — Cap and Labeling

For the cap, PETG can be clear, tinted clear, or frosted clear. PP can be white, black, custom color, or natural unpigmented. Labeling options include transparent sleeve, matte label wrap, full-body shrink sleeve, or direct printing.

Finish Palette — Sensory and Visual

Available finishes across the full system include soft-touch matte for the tube and PP cap, high-gloss for the tube and PETG cap, frosted effect for the tube and PETG cap, brushed metal finish for the heart applicator, rose gold plating for the heart applicator, chrome mirror plating for the heart applicator, and matte black for the PP cap and heart applicator.

Workmanship and Quality Standards

Injection molding tolerance is plus or minus 0.05mm on cap and applicator stem fit. Zinc alloy casting is lead-free and nickel-safe with seamless plating adhesion. Ultrasonic tube shoulder-to-body welding means no glue and no leakage path. Every batch undergoes applicator stem pull force testing at three to five kilograms retention, cap closure torque testing at 0.4 to 0.6 Newton meters, and one hundred percent air pressure leak testing using the vacuum method. The heart applicator stem is validated to over five thousand insertions.
